About
Through a focus on excellent customer service, integrity-driven decision-making, and cultural awareness, Michael S. Seaver seeks to identify individual strengths and unlock client potential to enhance personal and professional well being. Following is a summary of services and more information about Michael.
Career Coaching
Unlock your career potential. Michael supports driven individuals who want to succeed in the 21st century knowledge economy. These individuals know that they have not reached their pinnacle and that they have more to give to the triple bottom line. These leaders are in search of their personal mission, a higher purpose. They want to discover and apply their strengths, find their true voice and create a strategic plan to best express who they are. Michael helps these leaders move from managerial success to societal significance.
Through Michael’s process, he will help you apply business strategy concepts to your career, determine how to live in a place that you truly belong, and build meaningful and lasting relationships. He will challenge you to use your talents to do something you believe in, and thrive in an environment that fits who you are. Michael will help you live life with the autonomy you deserve, the ability to master your chosen profession and find a higher purpose where you can contribute to a cause greater than your own.
After working with Michael, you will:
- Create unique resumes, elevator pitches, social media profiles, networking strategies and interviewing techniques to find your ideal career faster,
- Create and implement a personal online and on ground brand (with intention and ambition statements, constraints and a value proposition) founded on the true you,
- Understand how a focus on the triple bottom line can create unbridled success,
- Use positive thinking and visualization to achieve goals faster,
- Understand 20th century success and move to 21st century significance,
- Be known for “out-behaving” others, and
- Unlock your own potential and be able to better your stakeholders as well.
Change Management Consulting
Make the most of change. Seaver Consulting understands that many organizations and leaders are still using managerial models created for the Industrial Revolution. The pace and enormity of innovation can make it difficult to keep all stakeholders moving forward in unison. In order to move from success to significance, organizations must create core competencies that impact the triple bottom line, not purely drive financial profit. Seaver Consulting assists organizations and people in adjusting to and thriving on change by following a blueprint for transforming the way your company operates. Simple-to-follow frameworks, step-by-step action lists and cross functional communication methods help to create a culture of change inside any organization.
Seaver knows that organizations don’t change, people do. Because psychological transitions are often more difficult than the situational shifts seen in structural innovation, change managed poorly can result in low morale, high turnover and lost revenue. Seaver Consulting helps organizations understand that once people accept change, they’ll have purpose, openly take part in the change and become champions of the new guard.
After working with Seaver, you will:
- Look at change and innovation as an easy to follow process, not as buzzwords
- Understand 20th century organizational models and move to 21st century collaboration
- Unleash creativity, pride and productivity in your people by including them in the process from the beginning
- Generate deeper, sustainable value for your stakeholders by positively impacting the triple bottom line
