Aligning Cross-Generational Communication

This session will show you how all generations are more similar than they are dissimilar; discuss employee/membership engagement – the causes of why it’s so low and the ways you can build trust, have healthy conflict, drive commitment, increase personal accountability and better your outcomes. This session will help you navigate tough conversations, teach you hands-on tools to manage change and create structures that lead to an engaged and happy team.
