Aligning Personal and Organizational Core Values

What are your top personal core values? What percent of each day are you taking action that embodies those values? And, how strongly correlated are your personal core values to the espoused values of your employer? In this PD session, Michael will walk you through multiple activities designed to help you see yourself, your strengths, and your skills in new light. He’ll also share best practices for how he uses core values to design organizational cultures of accountability through internal mentorship programs, new compensation models, and recognition systems. Access to the world’s information, via the web, is rapidly changing the values on which society is built. Decentralized leadership, decision making, change management, employee engagement, productivity, and financial prosperity are linked today like they’ve never been before. If you want to align an increasing percentage of your employees’ daily activity with your organization’s mission, values, annual goals, and strategic plan, you’ll leave with implementable practices.
